Slots Baby World Cup Preview

As the 2018 World Cup in Russia comes swinging round the mountain in just a month’s time, now is better than ever for the Slots Baby World Cup preview. We’ll be talking online slots, online slots, and football. The beautiful game.
But who do you think will win and who will be the surprise package. Here’s Slots Baby’s predictions, let’s see if you agree.

Surprise Package – England

England are notoriously poor in international tournaments and haven’t advanced further than the quarter final since Italia ’90. That’s six tournaments where England have fell at the third hurdle. Although the voodoo curse of England in competitive competition still reigns over them, Gareth Southgate’s men have been impressive against some of the nations top sides. If England’s fast and attacking playing style can be implemented on the World stage it will be interesting to see how far the Three Lions can go in the tournament. Could this be England’s time to reach the semi-final and beyond in an era of international football when some of the leading sites have hit somewhat of a dip.

The Final – France vs Germany

Based on some intense analysis of the group stages and knockout rounds of the WC, and who plays who, I’ve determined that the final of the tournament will be contested by France and Germany. Two teams that have lots of recent experience in finals but have never came up against one another in the final of a tournament. The way the formatting of the World Cup pans out means that a lot of the bigger teams meet on stem 1 of the tournament where as Germany will likely face England in the quarter finals before playing Portugal in the semis. Although the Germans are the reigning Champions and sturdy experienced competitors the French are looking to win their first International tournament since their UERO 2000 victory over Portugal. To be successful Griezmann and Pogba must run the show and truly show what they can do on the world stage. If they have an off day, the Germans will surely capitalise and seal their fifth world cup. Equalling Brazil’s 5 tournament record.

Top Scorer – Paolo Dybala

The Juventus striker has been in fine form this season having netted 22 times this season. With Juventus all but confirmed as Champions of Serie A the Argentinian striker has been banging them in. With group fixtures against the likes of Iceland, Croatia, and Nigeria all on their way it gives Dybala the opportunity to notch up a good total of goals before the inevitable knockout rounds. To win the golden boot in the world cup it only takes around 7 goals to see victory. Can he do better than his fellow countryman, Lionel Messi. Only time will tell.
